Delivery
..We aim to post your order the next day. However, to help keep your price as low as possible, we usually use Royal Mail second class postage. This means that your delivery may take up to six days to arrive at it's destination, or it may arrive the next day.....
If your order is urgent, may we suggest you choose one of the Royal Mail faster options at the checkout, thank you.
You should receive automatic confirmation of our receipt of your order – If you do not receive this within 24 hours of placing your order please contact us for confirmation.
If you have chosed the 'Pay by Cheque' option, your order will not be processed until we recieve your cheque. Please post your cheque to us promptly.
An automatic email should be sent to you when I have dispatched your order.
Estimated delivery times are the standard Royal Mail times for delivery.
NOTE: UNFORTUNATELY, WE NOW ONLY DISPATCH WITHIN THE UK, AS IT IS TOO COMPLICATED AND EXPENSIVE TO SHIP TO THE REST OF THE WORLD.
If your order is placed before 2pm, we aim to dispatch it the same day (Working days only). If your embroidery is not in stock, your card may be dispatched the next working day.
FREE POSTAGE INCLUDED WITHIN THE UK!
Postage and packing in a stout board backed envelope is FREE on all our cards to UK addresses! The price you see is the price you pay. For postage to other countries please see the 'Delivery Pricing' page.
Our embroidery is sewn here in Lancashire using free-machine techniques and unusual threads and textiles. The embroidery is carefully cut out and fixed firmly onto the card. All our cards are hand glittered. As the card is individually handmade it may feature slight variations and is quite unique. The card will be made just for you with tender loving care.
We use Uk Royal Mail to ship our personal orders, and our delivery charges to non UK areas are based on the Royal Mail basic prices. If you wish for "signed for" or extra "tracking" then we will pass this cost on to you.
