If your order is placed before Noon, we aim to dispatch it the same, or the next day (Week Days only).

If the embroidery for your card is not in stock, then we will try to post your order the next day. We use Royal Mail "48 Hour Tracked" postage. However, from our experience this sometimes it takes longer....

If your order is urgent, may we suggest you choose one of the Royal Mail faster options at the checkout, thank you. Please check with us that your embroidery is in stock, before choosing Special Next Day delivery. Please use the contact us button.

We suggest that you try to order your greeting card in good time to avoid disappointment.
You should receive automatic confirmation of our receipt of your order – If you do not receive this within 24 hours of placing your order please contact us for confirmation.

If you have chosed the 'Pay by Cheque' option, your order will not be processed until we recieve your cheque. Please post your cheque to us promptly.

Estimated delivery times are the Royal Mail times for delivery.

Please get in touch if you are not entirely happy with your product. I will do my very best to make things right.

NOTE: UNFORTUNATELY, WE NOW ONLY DISPATCH WITHIN THE UK, AS IT IS TOO COMPLICATED AND EXPENSIVE TO SHIP TO THE REST OF THE WORLD.
