Small Abstract Star

This is a small abstract embroidery exploring colour and favourite shapes, the star in this case. Dry felted textiles, applique and metallic fibres with free motion stitching form an image inspired by my favourite colours and themes. This piece reflects my constant quest to capture the emotion of colour through innovative techniques. Combining textured stitching with layering fabrics, it offers a colourful tactile experience that hopefully will enlighten mood.
